At Nesbitt Hair & Body, we require a deposit for new customers at the time of booking an appointment. Ladies’ services: $50 deposit. Men’s services: $30 deposit.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any less than 24 hours and your deposit is non-refundable. More than 24 hours, we will transfer your deposit to another appointment time we agree on. The 24 hour rule also applies to the new allocated appointment.
Leniency may be shown in some unavoidable circumstances.
